Pros

It's great getting to work with so many brilliant people every day, and the benefits and pay are pretty good as well.

Cons

It seems that Microsoft is finally digging its hooks into the company more, with poorly handled layoffs, a serious decline in the level of transparency, and a willingness to sacrifice the reliability of the core platform that built the company's reputation just in the name of chasing AI.
