Pros

Great company with a solid product, amazing coworkers, they throw money at you for benefits spending, cover many of your bills for you. Management doesn't micromanage and the product line itself is high quality.

Cons

The revenue growth expectations are immense and grow exponentially since Microsoft acquisition. It's a top-down infrastructural problem that one individual rep cannot solve on their own. They keep making changes to the pay/commission structure and quota incentive numbers to justify the ridiculously high expected revenue growth rate.

Pros

Great team, great benefits, definitely a respect for work-life balance. I don’t necessarily love the projects I’m working on but everything the company offers is gold.

Cons

Recent layoffs hurt morale but honestly, that’s about it.
