- Very flexible - Lots of Internal Mobility - Retention Goals

Cons

- Lots of Environmental Changes - Lots of Onboarding job specific info - For my specific role, I think there needs to be more guidance on how to build off our systems.

People are overworked w hiring freezes and no end in sight. Internal operations (ie product launches) and processes need to be improved. Leadership alignment needs help
