Pros

- Collaborative culture - I get to work on exciting products and features that define an industry - Flexible schedule and healthy work-life balance - Competitive compensation and benefits - Fun company events - Lots of opportunities to learn new skills and high-visibility projects

Cons

- It's in-between a startup and a big company so there are some infrastructural growing pains, which slows down processes at times - Departments seems to be staffed unevenly, leading to a shortage of resources from teams that you'll often rely on

Supportive and kind colleagues, most exciting company and product ever (don’t know how you top the rah-rah around GitHub), relaxed environment, lots of travel opportunities, 100% remote if wanted, great work/life balance, it’s kinda perfect.

Cons

None. Feel fortunate to be here
