Pros
Interesting work, competitive salary, fantastic colleagues and a company that really walks the walk when it comes to openness and clear process. All of GitLab's HR and process documents are online and followed. Any employee and contribute to change within the company. I hope more employers follow GitLab's example.
Cons
Heavy workload, but clearly communicated and manageable.
