      Only one negative which would be working in an all remote company sometimes can be tough getting to build relationships with you co-workers compared to an in office position.

      - the values are respected - colleagues are willing to share and collaborate - working from home is made comfortable, everything is built for it - good compensation

      - internal organisation can be a bit hard to understand sometimes but once someone explains it's all good!
