Pros

What is there not to love? Awesome Product- Check Full transparency- Check Great Salary- Check Supportive and collaborative culture that genuinely cares- Check AMAZING BENEFITS- Double Check But seriously, GitLab is so progressive from its 100 percent remote workforce, to it's fully transparent handbook, and its everyone can contribute culture. You really feel like you belong and deserve to be here.

Pros

- CEO and Executive Leadership are actively engaged, accessible and approachable - Everyone really can contribute! (sometimes also a con) - Everyone is remote so there is no bias exhibited against remote staff - Personal/Family time is prioritized and exemplified y the top down

Cons

- Everyone really can contribute, which sometimes leads to initiatives getting bogged down - If you don't like working remote, this is not the place for you
