Pros

A fantastic company to work for, full of kind, respectful and genuine people all of whom are always happy to help. You'll meet everyone every nine months or as you wish as there's a financial contribution each time you travel to visit colleagues.

Cons

The way we work takes some getting used to, you need to be a fast reader as everything is written down. The interview process is long, be patient!

Pros

Used to be an amazing company with strong values culture. Still some good folks hanging on.

Cons

Work culture is beyond toxic. Execs are panicking as they have no vision for the product. The company has zero understanding of margin and profitability.

Pros

Used to have lots of autonomy and transparency.

Cons

The culture has become very top down driven. Decisions are forced upon team members with no explanation or discussion and set with deadlines that are impossible to hit.
