Pros

Transparent and clear direction. Team members are incredibly smart and committed. Meetings are efficient. Work/life work balance is unmatched from previous positions held.

Cons

The company can change direction. Not necessarily more than others I've been at. Team members are encouraged to adapt and embrace change.

Pros

I am newer, but it's a great company to work for. Lots of autonomy, great benefits, great people to work for. Path to hit quota in year 1, quota reasonable.

Cons

Not a lot of leads from BDRs, but great product that does have some buzz in the marketplace.

Cons

So far so good with not thing much on the cons. Definitely, a lot more to achieve.
