Pros

Gitlab might be one of the best companies to work for out there The culture here is amazing , everybody is supportive , the senior leadership genuinely wants good for you , extremely flexible working hours , unlimited PTO and very transparent in all of its processes

Cons

None , I am glad I got the opportunity to work for Gitlab
