Pros

Everything is remote at GitLab and you are a manager of one, so you are trusted to assess your priority properly and organise your days accordingly. Flexible working hours and family first culture. Indefinite leave policy as long as you achieve your objectives. Working longer hours doesn't mean good results.

Cons

It can be a little isolating to be always home, but Gitlab allows you also to rent a shared working space to socialise.

Pros

- The working environment is awesome. The company employees and managers really follow the company values, not just say - As a remote first company, GitLab really know how to do remote and async work - The compensation is above industry average

Cons

There is none I can think of right now
