Pros

Communication internally is fantastic, as this is a remote first organisation, they have ensured the right channels are available to allow transparency, a direct but kind approach and a lot of collaboration. Brilliant products to work on Knowledge sharing Diversity Leading/ Mentoring Management style Flexible approach I can go on here the whole day...

Cons

If you are a non engineer, you'll need to get Tech savvy and fast :-)

Pros

Full remote work culture allows for an excellent async communication environment, which provides quiet and highly focused time to get things done efficiently.

Cons

Without a physical office, the boundary between work and personal life can easily blur, often leading to unrecorded and unnoticed overtime unless you strictly manage your own schedule. Additionally, collaborating with team members across different time zones requires meticulous planning and booking meetings well in advance.
