Pros

- CEO and Executive Leadership are actively engaged, accessible and approachable - Everyone really can contribute! (sometimes also a con) - Everyone is remote so there is no bias exhibited against remote staff - Personal/Family time is prioritized and exemplified y the top down

Cons

- Everyone really can contribute, which sometimes leads to initiatives getting bogged down - If you don't like working remote, this is not the place for you

Pros

- biggest all-remote company, doesn't just do remote, but does remote well - you feel connected to the entire company - everything (almost) is public! There is a handbook that everyone contributes to that has all the information you need. I was blown away by the transparency - even before joining I could look up anything about how the company operates. - truly lives by the values set and there is a lot of credit / thanks going around praising team members exhibiting them - amazing people all around - great personalities - very competitive compensation - amazing time-off policy (best policy I ever encountered) you truly have the freedom to define your life & schedule - time for self-actualization - manager will actually hunt you down if sees you burning out - great freedom & financial support to create your dream home workstation - very inclusive! found a group for everything, diversity is respected - grand potential for career development - gosh, there are a lot of good things - I'm afraid I'm forgetting stuff

Cons

- if you haven't worked remotely before beware of the trap of working all day, also set up needs to be good and distraction-free

Pros

- The handbook is not a marketing tool. The whole company lives and breathes the handbook and it's fantastic. Since I joined, nothing has surprised me as every process and expectation is defined. - CEO and executive team are not hidden away. Taking an active role in day-to-day activities. Open to difficult questions from team members regularly. - Very open and transparent. If it can be public, it is. - Remote work is brilliant. Proper work/life balance is so much easier to achieve, which makes me more productive.

Cons

None yet! It's been an entirely positive experience. If remote work doesn't agree with your mindset, this isn't the place for you!
