Pros

100% Remote work with a focus on results over hours. Attention to details and focus on documentation Even though it is 100% remote, I find people very accessible. Management focus on results keep them away from micro-managing

Cons

Not really a con, but there is an adjustment to working remote if you haven't been.

Pros

- Awesome people - VERY flexible schedule - Challenging job - Remote work - Access to resources - Great benefits - Good salary For the first time in my life, I think I found a job where I could work until my pension (still have 35 years to work 🤣)

Cons

None so far, only positive vibes.
