A lack of transparency and open communication hinders collaboration within this team. Managers operate in an exclusive circle, favoring their own ideas and discouraging constructive criticism from team members.
The team is amazing and I feel like my management and coworkers all trust me to get the job done. I'm given a lot of autonomy, and of course I have the freedom to work when and where I want as long as I get my job done
Cons
Like many places, the processes are difficult to navigate and it takes a long time to get things done. Also, it's a public company now so many of the normal pains of public company life are experienced here too.
