Pros

Being a 100% remote company at a time when Return to Office (RTO) mandates are the norm, GitLab provides an opportunity to create work flexibility and focus on outcomes/results.

Cons

The initial on-boarding can be overwhelming, and being remote can tend to make a team member feel isolated, depending on their personality.
