Pros

- GitLab is a remote worker's dream - Their values are great and a much more than a sign painted on a wall. We mean them and we adhere to them every day no-matter your level or status. - You're treated with respect and everyone has a voice - The directors and higher level staff are the most approachable I've seen at any company - I get to work on a product I love - I get to meet and work with people from all over the world. Sometimes in person. Sometimes in wonderful locations.

Cons

- The growth here is amazing, but can be a little overwhelming at times. - Working this remotely can be hard for some people. There can be a steep learning curve if you're new to it. - Depending on your location, the pay isn't always amazing, but it is fair.
