      Pros

      It's a pleasure to work with both talented and helpful colleagues. Remote is in the DNA of the company and makes it super efficient. Last but not least, CEO has a real vision.

      Cons

      Company is growing fast. Not possible to get a contract from some countries.

      Pros

      I joined GitLab recently and I am very impressed by this organization. Processes are very clear and documented and there is always a desire to improve. People are extremely helpful and kind, it is very welcoming.

      Cons

      Working at GitLab requires personal discipline and responsibility, so I would suggest more mature professionals apply.
