GitLab's values of diversity, transparency, and openness are inspiring and the company lives by those values. The company has built a culture and infrastructure that makes remote work very effective and enjoyable. The company is very organized from the recruitment process to on-boarding to managing work flow. GitLab's single application for the entire DevOps lifecycle is a disruptive product that really sells itself. The company is scaling and it is a tremendous opportunity to be a part of something special.
