Great company to work for but salaries could be better

Unlimited PTO (they recommend taking off at least 4 weeks off and remind you often to ensure you are taking breaks) RSUs Learning and career improvement opportunities

Cons

Salary is low compared to other companies Remote isn't really a benefit anymore when so many other companies are doing it already Stock is given based on your location
