Pros

All remote, Diverse culture, Transperancy.

Cons

Not really as it helps to spend more time with your family and you can take a shared space if you need to socialize and work both at the same time.

Pros

- Fully transparent and open in almost everything - Great flexibility in defining what work and life balance should be for everyone - Fast growing and innovative in providing one stop shop for complete a DevOps application.

Cons

- Fully remote work might not be for everyone but it works great for those who love it (me ! ) as it can be quite addictive.
