Pros

The culture is unique in many ways and not just because it is an all remote company. You feel welcomed and get a lot of attention to chime in into your team so you can be effective as early as possible. The technology is awesome and sells very well and offers so many categories to specialize in. Onboarding seems well thought through and the company handbook is not just text but actually lived, I was very very much surprised by this. I am here for roughly two months and do not regret the change.

Cons

There is a lot to learn and pick up. But if you are like me then this is all interesting technical stuff. I cannot really talk about cons because I have not found any.
