Pros

-async work: plan your own schedule and working hours -Great IT equipment -fully remote and allowed to work from other countries -good salaries -smart, motivated and fun teams -everyone can contribute: your opinion is wanted and appreciated -handbook includes all processes, which makes it easy to virtually onboard

Cons

-very busy due to growth and success -growth mindset is important due to continuous changes -technical skills needed to be successful, as we are using GitLab products in our daily jobs
