Pros

Great product that adds value to customers. Fully remote. Good benefits. Great team members to work with.

Cons

Working cross functionally is difficult. Cross functional prioritization and alignment is difficult. Too many projects and objectives which can result in under achieving on many projects.

Pros

Great product and a high bar for talent.

Cons

Company has gone way overboard on its handbook and "dogfooding" the product - leading to a lot of bloated process and inefficiency. Volatile stock price.
