Gitlab’s has had two dramatic price increases in 3 years pushes customers to look elsewhere. This has pushed the sales culture from a flywheel model to a more strategic sales motion of which the management lack experience driving

Gate keeping - other EAs would restrict access to files and necessary things preventing others from being able to do their jobs Expected to work and be available 24/7, even if on planned PTO.
