All remote, Diverse culture, Transperancy.

Cons

Not really as it helps to spend more time with your family and you can take a shared space if you need to socialize and work both at the same time.

The people are amazing. Love being able to work remote. Nice life balance.

Its not really a con but there is a very extensive on-boarding process.
