Thanks for your feedback about remote work and team capacity. We're glad you recognize our strengths in remote work flexibility - it's something we're proud of and continuously work to improve. Your concern about teams being stretched thin and feeling "always online" is important feedback. Remote work should not create pressure to be constantly available. We encourage you to discuss workload concerns with your manager and explore solutions like workload prioritization or team capacity planning.

Pros

- Pretty much the ideal remote workplace - All employees have access to use AI for daily tasks - Engagement across the company is very high

Cons

- Some teams stray from the working norms established at a company level and this causes unnecessary tension and process disorganization - Use of contractors seems to be increasing
