Everything else. - toxic work culture where the people are too demanding and expecting everything to be provided by the company. - too many long timers who are not familiar with the new changes in the world. They expect us to work in the 90s mindset. Time to change the management.

There is strong pressure to deliver numbers, but limited attention given to employee wellbeing, fairness, or ethical decision-making. This creates a stressful and toxic work environment with low morale.
