Collaborative, open, and supportive are some of the key words that come to mind when thinking about GiveCampus. Everyone wants to set you up for success. It’s a warm and welcoming environment to be part of for all types of people.

Cons

It’s a lot of work. If you want that style of work (rewarding, mission drive ), it’s not necessarily a con.

Pros

GiveCampus is filled to the brim with the most wonderful team you could imagine. Across the company you will find people who are the kind of teammates you would dream of - kind, funny, empathetic, hard working, and want to help all the time. You also get the chance to do work that makes a difference and have your voice heard around ideas for improvements and enhancements across the board — from product to employee satisfaction and experience.

Cons

There is a lot to do and it’s good that the team works as hard as they do — because there’s a lot to do. There’s a lot of work being done to hone in on specialties, and while the fact that there’s a lot to do means you can have a great impact, it also means you may feel yourself checking in pretty consistently unless you set exceptionally strong boundaries for yourself and keep them.

Small and dynamic this company is going places. The SaaS is second to none and has so many features that help it sell very well

small startup environment where everyone is forced to wear a lot of different hats. there is limited internal support.
