good people, partners love product, founded on mission

Cons

where to start - management is a mess. true clash of people who joined for the mission and constant drumbeat of profit above all else. the ego at the top is getting in the way of the company doing better, and have witnessed belittling of colleagues and managers who gossip.

Pros

Somehow this company has gotten by for the past few years. Worst ran company I have ever worked at. The only pro here is that since the organization is so dysfunctional people skate by under the radar for months without doing any real work.

Pros

The people who work at GiveCampus are bright, motivated, and passionate about helping institutions succeed. Everyone on the team works hard, and in doing so inspire their colleagues to do the same. Employees have the opportunity to contribute to a meaningful mission and develop skills that are important to them.

Cons

Employees frequently feel undervalued and unheard. While company values seem great on paper, there is a significant disconnect between the professed commitment to these values and the actual investment in individual employees. People work long, hard hours but are frequently under compensated.
