You will get ok basic salary here and some good training from HQ if you are lucky.
Cons
After I joined the company 2 month there is a new manager joined. When I had my first probation, he extended me with the reason that he just joined and he don't know much about me in person. Without touching much about my numbers, there is no target given to me as well on paper. After 1 month later I had another probation review, my manager extended my probation again with the reason that we just have a new supervisor joined and she need to know me. Meanwhile he passed one of my colleague who joined similar time with similar number as me. Later after I joined the company 6 months they sent me a PDF to sign with very unrealistic targets. If I didn't achieve it they will end my contract at the end of 6 months probation. This is really unfair and the reason makes goes that way, the reason I can only thought about is ---- I am a pregnant women.
