Pros

- Lovely teammate - Good working experience written down in your CV - Better be first step to get into luxury retail

Cons

- Base rate wages. Target somehow too high, you only get your commission when you reached your store target, and it never happen! - Useless manager, they always slow and not helpful. Sometimes they very rude. Managers don’t care about staff’s mental health, they just care about sales. - Terrible management, complicate rules in store - No work phone for staffs, all team member have to share 1 store phone. - Short of staff and over hours working (you will never go to your lunch break on time). - No training course, lack of information.
