Pros

Clothing allowance, co-workers, and looks decent on your resume

Cons

I don’t even know where to start. So many talented individuals came and left in the 2 years I was with the Company, it was extraordinary. They expect Store Managers to be magicians. It’s not their fault your business is terrible. You need to work from the top to make the product more desirable. I’m sorry but Sarah Burton’s collections are nothing special. Sales were much stronger with MMW. HR is a complete joke too especially the Givenchy HRBP. She ignores your emails when you reach out and only responds if the VP was included in the email. Like what happened to being a RESOURCE?! Hello Human Resources…. So happy I left. Never felt so unappreciated. Think wisely before you apply.
