      Pros

      Great crew with lots of hands on experience.

      Cons

      Terrible scheduled. The entire crew is based out of Seattle makes it hard for employees who live in other areas to make a comfortable scheduled. No real schedule.

      There are a few good people who work for Glacier, however they are outnumbered by the bad.

      Cons

      If you want to be the lowest paid fisherman in the Bering Sea, feel free to go to work for them.
