Decent pay, good hours plus overtime.

Cons

The owner has a terrible temper, he screams curses and yells over the smallest thing. If I was talking with a customer on the phone he would listen in to the conversation, hearing only half of it and start yelling/interjecting his opinion. The trucks are constantly breaking down. Installers are constantly making mistakes and several should be fired. The owner puts up with theft and poor job performance because the company has a bad reputation and cannot attract good talent. This company has no future in the business and twice barely made payroll.

Each office is independently owned so you actually do have a chance at getting a good employer

Cons

My office—-Long hours, poor management immature coworkers. Dallas Fort Worth location is a serious day care. Walk away.
