      Some good people working there

      Cons

      Management yells at employees in front of everyone, everyone tries to do your job. Backstabbers, vehicles are old and falling apart, no tools provided, unorganized manager and owner dont know anything about the glass business. High turnover no respect for health issues and personal issues

      This was by far one of the best places I worked, great owner/manager, great administrator, and really a fun place to work!!

      The only con that I found was that the wages wasn't that great but it helped me get through some tough times...
