      Pros

      Given a van to drive home. No working on Sunday. Fellow workers are great people.

      Cons

      Unbelievable lack of ethics with customers. Installed units that weren't anything close to the correct size. Width, height, thickness, tint or type, many times all of the above. Lots of foam tape and silicone or hacking out the opening. My conscious couldn't take it. Didn't stay long.

      There are no pros. They only care our themselves.

      Cons

      There are to many challenges to mention. The technician are sloppy. The employer doesn't care and the product is substandard.
