Management is hesitant to change core group of employees way of operations. Strive for excellence but do not prepare new employees for success. Preach family first but the Glass Doctor family must be first. Rather hire management of yes employees rather than looking inward at fixing core problems. If ask too many questions pertaining to how other departments are unable to get better with resolving customer service will force you out slowly from the company.
