I think they’re pretty great too. I’m sorry that you felt uncertainty about the future due to our partnership with Indeed. Though it can be challenging working in partnership with a “sister” company, I have been spending time recently reflecting on how far we’ve come since 2020. Some of my proudest project work has been through collaboration with our Indeed partners. I’ve learned and grown and have confidence in the impact we’ve had on so many of our shared customers.       * Wonderful mission driving workplace transparency. I feel excited for the work we do and the direction we are going. * Great culture. Company values (grit, transparency, innovation, good people) are a great representation on what it's like to work here. People are truly good to one another here * Solid comp and benefits.

      Cons

      * Macro uncertainty has led to a hiring freeze and a feeling of like we could do more if we had more reources
