Pros

I really like working at Glassdoor and I appreciate the company culture. I think the company's leaders really listen to and support the employees. Overall I agree with the company mission and I have a sense that my work makes an impact in the world.

Cons

Previously zip-tiered salary was very poorly implemented, but I am seeing senior leaders making every effort to correct the mistake.

Pros

Glassdoor walks the walk! The company follows through on its mission by implementing transparency in the workplace. Leadership truly cares about its employees, listens, and incorporates feedback. I feel very fortunate to work here!

Cons

Some growing pains with the partnership with Indeed, and clients sometimes are frustrated that they still need to go to two different profiles to update, but hopefully, the process will be further integrated soon.
