It’s wonderful to know that we are hitting the mark and that you chose to exemplify this core value by providing feedback. You are correct, diversity is critical to who we are as an organization and who we want to be. We are committed to our diversity goals and will continue to challenge ourselves when recruiting, hiring, making decisions, promoting, and educating. In addition, our employee resource groups are a rich part of our culture and business. It’s also good to know that you believe our compensation is competitive. There are great rewards for strong sales performance and our sales leaders work very hard to support the success of our teams. We added a number of Sales Leaders this year and I am thrilled with their commitment, people-first approach, talent, and grit. But work remains for us in a number of areas including career progression. You’ll be glad to know that we developed key priorities for the second half of this fiscal year. Building a clear career progression or career path framework is the top priority. We are scoping this important project now and will soon provide the plan to our sales organization.
