      Pros

      I have been working here full-time and the experience has been very positive so far. The company provides a lot of learning opportunities and ownership on projects, which helps you grow faster professionally. The team culture is collaborative, and colleagues are genuinely supportive. Leadership is approachable and always open to new ideas. Work-life balance is much better compared to most companies in the industry and rewards are performance-based.

      Cons

      Sometimes project deadlines can get tight, especially when handling multiple deliverables. Cross-team communication can be improved a bit to avoid last-minute pressure. However, nothing major that affects the overall experience.

      Pros

      Loved every minute working with colleagues at Glassdoor. EMEA region has a great culture and definitely the most inclusive environment I have ever worked in.

      Cons

      Lately, the role of a CSM at the organisation has become very regimented and as such I feel a CSM's autonomy on how to manage a book of accounts has been lost. Decisions made at SLT level seem to have pushed the platform in a direction that it is now struggling to come back from.
