Great multi-cultural group to work with and the company is often looking to hire. The "average" salary is decent for most.

Cons

Company is always looking for new hires due to lack of retainability. Undermanned for obvious reasons. Loses more talent than they hire. Too many slots filled by entitled personnel. One pay raise in 4 years.
