Facetime culture. Management is weird. KKR changing a lot of things

- Simply put, KKR ruined the culture. Pushing their strict antiquated corporate agenda. - For a company that is ‘looking to future’ they certainly have very old views, including wfh and work life balance, benefits, and PAY! - GA went from 3 wfh days, to 4/5 depending on the office - KKR keeps firing people, and trying to spin it as they did the employee a favor - GA raises aren’t great, for a change in title, received ~ 10%. But sure, keep flying hiring more executives - Was told directly that promotions will be much harder to attain now, under KKR. You essentially have to do your full time job responsibilities and then add additional projects or adhoc things that are valuable to the team.
