Pros

nice view from the office.

Cons

almost no WLB. I worked here for a couple of years, and put my biggest efforts day and night to make the product better. However, now i was ghosted by multiple HRs and a full team for just a simple request of employment letter. This also reminds me of the old time when people not on your team just kick balls and asked for things without respecting your time and capability. It was so disappointing to be treated like this after leaving -- no matter how much you ever contributed.

Pros

Free lunch M-Th Hybrid 3 in/2 wfh

Cons

There is zero work life balance, they emphasize how imperative it is for you to be at work each day and to look for alternatives to calling in. The company tracks your badging in and out of the office to make sure you're getting your REQUIRED in-office hours met each month. If you don't, you'll be disciplined. They run very lean and increase the workload-this was reiterated at our town hall last month. Burn out is inevitable and real-high turnover. Management up to AVP is out on the open floor and open cubes-no privacy-no way to avoid constant meetings at peoples desks-very loud.

Pros

Lunch is provided 4 days a week which is amazing. A LOT of amenities in the office such as free snacks, free drinks, relaxation rooms, a game room etc. Everyone has been approachable and easy to work with. Reporting solutions seem comparable to financial institutions I’ve been at before, with a little more flexibility. The whole process of interviewing, hiring and onboarding has been far better than anywhere I’ve been at. My recruiter called me a few times just to answer questions and tell me about the company, welcome packages were sent from HR, and they have an ambassador program where you’re matched up with another regular employee to talk about the company and go over benefits.

Cons

Their BYOD policy is a little odd as the work from home solution for the hybrid model (3 days office, 2 days home). I usually have gotten a work laptop from places. Some may prefer to use their own stuff so it might not even be a con, it was just a bit different from what I’ve experienced.
