      Pros

      It is a large company but a tight-knit team, everyone is always willing to help and jump on anything. The amount of powerful woman in high positions are inspiring and everyone gets along very well. Most of the managers in the company will be free to listen to innovative ideas and won't shut down someone taking initiative.

      Cons

      Need to be willing to adapt (but not necessarily cons).

      Pros

      Being part of the GX journey, helping them develop and be the best EOR in the market. Strong salary, benefits packages, flexible working models, forward thinking leaders/staff.
