Because the membership sales team is fully remote, opportunities for direct interaction are limited. Infrequent face time with colleagues and leadership can make relationship-building and collaboration more challenging. The crews I worked with are top notch. Stanislaus County offers an abundance of accessible, relevant, training opportunities outside of the required certifications. Their management team invests a great deal into the wellbeing of their employees.

Cons

This is not a company *con, it's a personal one. The distance to operations is a little over 100 miles round trip for me.
