Pros

Wonderful people to work with and great work/life balance. Was all about the remote work life before the pandemic.

Cons

Learning curve is a little steep. Need to come in very proficient on the subject matter already and the work you submit is micromanaged (not the fault of the company since it's part of their contract)

Pros

Good company. Lots of opportunities to learn and see new technology. I work with good people and that's a huge plus. I have a lot of control over my production and bonus pay. I love being able to work remotely.

Cons

I love working remotely, but it can be difficult to stay engaged. Its hard not to feel like I'm on an island away from those I work with sometimes.
