      Great colleagues and interesting work, but high pressure

      Pros

      Nice colleagues, good office location, nice canteen, interesting work.

      Cons

      Significant pressure to get work done in short time frames. Consistently working 14 or 15 hour days with minimal recognition from the business. Annual pay rise of 1.5%. Unrealistic targets. Becoming a corporate machine and quickly losing it's fintech soul.
