Pros

I've worked along side some really good people and have made life long friends.

Cons

Where to begin... In all my years in the work force I have never had such a poor rating for a company. Most of us are putting in more hours than should be legal for a company to ask from its employees and at the same time waiting to be told we no longer have a job because it's being sent overseas. I hear all the time that jobs are being created in this country but what I see is it's cheaper for companies to put the American person out of work and employ people in India and the Philippines. This is what Global Payments is doing.

Pros

Excellent company that is growing around the world. Solid management and plan. Good workers and environment. Work life balance is excellent for most.

Cons

Growing around the world so every May is cut time in North America. Some great managers, but there is an aura of a protected class and favoritism.
